- Ale Works -
The owners of Ale Works, Tim and Robin, noticed and deeply enjoyed the way restaurants and pubs inspired a sense of community, common spirit, and local identity, while traveling throughout Europe. Whether it be the pubs of Ireland, the beer halls of Germany, or the bistros of Italy; these are the meeting places for families, friends, and communities. It’s in the neighborhood restaurant that business is done, birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated, and important conversations take place. As it’s often said, “food brings people together”. At Ale Works, we have a desire to bring that sense of community and place home to Bismarck. The design of Ale Works was inspired directly from the old Wilton Train Station. The train station is still standing, and we feel it’s a magnificent representation of the region.
